The .008 is the one that I am going to use in my system. It will bleed off just under 0.7 gallons per hour of fuel. I also have a .004 to use if for some reason it feel like I need to. It will only bleed off about 0.16 gallons per hour. But, I'm worried about the smaller one getting clogged (but I am running a 2 micron pre-pump filter, so it's doubtful that it would happen since 1 micron = 0.00003937 inch), so I'm going to use the bigger one first. They also have the metal orifices available in increments of .001 ranging from .004 to .033, so you'll be able to find the perfect size.

The reason that I like to stick with .2mm is that is the size of the bleed off oriface that Bosch uses in thier K-jet fuel injection. I don't know the reason why they use that size, but they have spent untold millions of $$$ on R&D.
