Bad Vibrations..... Help!!!!!

This all started after I installed my MBRP 4" turbo back but not sure if it has any involvement. Any ways whenever you make a left hand turn between 10 and 20 MPH without applying the brakes there is this weired vibration and rubbing noise comming from the front fender wells, but not sure which one or even both. Any help would be greatly appreciated you all are the best!

You sure that the exhaust is not making contact with anything? It doesn't take much contact to make a lot of noise.

I dont think so, but then again what could it contact on the front to rub when making a left turn?
