hydro boost differences?

I am thinking about converting to Hydroboost. Hydroboost has been used in nearly everything. I can find aplications from mid 70's T Birds, to late model trucks to GM stuff as well. I have a hydroboost from a Diesel GM car. Beside from mounting differences ( I have full access to machine shop), Are theor differences in pressure and valving like their are differences in vacuum boosters?
This will be for a 1 1/8 or 1 1/4 MC for large 1 ton brakes.

To my knowlege there is no pressure differences in any hydroboost systems vs the vacuum systems. I'm using a hydroboost from a new Superduty and haven't had to change anything with the exception of one of the nuts for the fitting that goes into the MC. The wheel cylinders in the diesel rigs vs the gas rigs are all the same size so they'll require the same basic pressure to operate them. Just with the hydro-boost you don't need to apply so much pressure at the pedal.
