Well it pays to pay attention to what you are doing when you start yanking things apart. I got everything right except I plugged my coil in wrong. It will no fire but I don't have enough "juice" to make her run.

My timing chain and gears were not the problem. It was not out of time. The points and condensor were. I had never done this on a truck before so I let some one else do it for me. BIG MISTAKE. I now have to either clean or replace the points and or replace the condesor.

Two questions:

1.) How many vaccum connections do I have? Are they all up top?

2.) What is the correct coil for my truck? Does it have an internal resistor or external?

Oh and don't ask me what I did, but I now have blinkers! Yeee-hawww no more wet arms!!!
