Front Rear Swap/ Identification
I am building a 1984 f150. I am changing the gear ratio. The front rear reads (E3TA XC 610198-13) it is a 3.54 ratio. I have access to a 1986 f250 with 4.10 ratio the tag reads (VE6TA YA V610254-2). Can I use the f250 rear with f150 axles to keep my 15" wheels.
If not, can I install the ring and pinion from the f250 in the rear from the f150.
What kind of rears are these? Thanks for your time!
