Sounds very familiar with all of the new flashes and re-programing. Uou might have to contact whoever created your tunes and have them send you new/updated ones. This might not be free.

You got flashed. Did you return the truck to stock before you took it in? You will want to call you tuner and see what they want you to do.

This big anwers to all your problems "REFLASH" is a mere ploy to get all the 6.0's in the dealership because part of the reflash is to install a program that the next time you visit the dealer it wiil tell the tech guys if the owner has done any modifications even if you return to stock. Part of this is so that Ford can deny any and all warranty claims on your 6.0 because you have added modifications. Check into it.... This is and has already happend in my area of the country. After the reflash they will know if you have tampered with your truck!!!

The reflash is just to update programming.
They have been doing this for years, no need for paranoia.
Ford is always tinkering with their tuning.

Call SCT (or your sct dealer if a dealer did it) and have them retrofit your tune to your new stock files.

This is very routine and nothing to worry about.

Please, do not take this the wrong way. Use your own common sense about what happen to your programmer. By using the device you have chosen you circumvent Fords factory fuel delivery system that was programmed originally in your truck when you purchased it new every-time you load this device. Obviously, know one told you that when you purchased your programmer because you seem surprised it lost your truck after Ford re-flashed your PCM.

The latest flash you received from Ford increased injector pulse width and opened your EGR valve to your truck for a reason.

Is Ford policing your PCM at this time as has been suggested? I don't think so. Not yet anyway. But, we really do not know this for sure do we? Could they monitor our trucks PCM if they wanted to? You bet they could.

Good luck with your truck

TSB is to correct a problem some vehicles exhibit.
FSA is because all vehicles exhibit the same problem.

I had my truck and the sct did not work when I got my 04 F250 6.0L back... I called sct they gave me a return number an all I had to pay for was shipping there and back...
