Airsoft?
Ok I was just wondering what you all think about airsoft. I have recently bought a gun but I hear lots of people think it is a waste of money and time so jsut wondering what people think.

They are fun though!! I had one for a day (until it broke) and 5 friends and I went at it. If you wear a paintball mask or saftey glasses...you'll be just fine.
The guns are only $20 and 2,000 pellets are $5. 2,000 pellets will last a looooong time!

I think air-soft and paint balling is AWESOME!! Now, only if I could get my dad to let me. I already have the guns and everything. Oh well!! I keep trying. But no, it isn't a waste of money or time.

Just saw this. Yes, they're an enormous waste of time. . . I've got 4 myself and the wife and I have been known to waste quite a bit of time with them in the winter. When It's just to cold to play with the Super Soaker 3000's. Nothing strengthens the marital bond and builds husband and wife teamwork like a good old fashioned ambush on a neighbor.

i pefer Paintball> made it all the way To the Xball circuit with the HOTshots. Based out of OKC. Played with airsofts. My friend has two glock modeled one with a spring based fire mechanism. The little orange thing fell off. And smeone called the cops. But one time. It was raining. And i ran from him while he had one. And he shot me while i tried to jump off my 6 foot off the gorund deck. Oh yea..that hurt...landed right on my side right on ethe water hose..ouch...Stupid flip flop made me fly funny...

i just to LOVE airsoft guns for a while there, but ive mostly sold thae ones i had. i guess i just grew out of them, but i will still break em out for some fun every now and then. the truck seems to take priority over stuff like that.

My 18 year old son has several of them. Yes they are a waste of time but so is tons of stuff that we all do. I think for the most part they are harmless fun. My son and son in law were playing with them one day when my son in law said "if you shoot your self in the foot, I will do the same". My boy takes the gun and shoots him self in the foot and after jumping around and whining a bit hands the gun to the my son in law who promptly shoots my son in the foot. I'm shure this was lost in the translation, but it was very funny to see.
