While traveling down the highway, I have noticed a rattle noise that appears to be coming from the drivers side chrome trim around the windshield. When I examined the trim, it moved a little, but is certainly not broken or obviously loose. Has anybody else experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?

 

duct tape, like Red Green would do.

 

i have a 1992 which will do this sometimes on passenger side and i have to pull down on trim at bottom toward windshield and noisy will go away.fit is off a little
due to windshield replacement in past and i think this will help you mine will did it sometimes after i wash truck.let me know if this helps
