Personalized Plates
I'm trying to select the ideal personalized license plate for my presently stock '53 F-100. I've narrowed it down to "53F100" or "53EFFY". Any good ideas out there? What personalized plates do you have on your truck?

I have plates from 1956 that I restored, registered to my truck. Picked them up on Ebay. One time reg fee of $85, never needs to be renewed in Oregon. Looks just right on there!

The problem with running historical plates up here is you can only drive the vehicle in parades or to/from car shows. No other usage is allowed.
The Alaska DMV website is pretty cool. It allows you to try different variations to see if they are available.

I haven't given it much thought yet. Hopefully I will have to think about it in the next few months as I get this thing closer to the driving stage.
this won't apply to you but I might run with "500 CI" or "Cad 500" or maybe something simple like "OOOPH" or "AAGH"
