P0171 Left Bank Lean Code

Just wondering if anyone has had this code before. It's a 98 4.0 auto with 118K on it. I bought an O2 sensor for it but wanted to see if any of you have any insight before I put it in. Doesn't seem to run any different so It's a bit confusing. Thanks in advance.

Saw one of those on a 97 4.0 - swapped the front sensors with each other, still got a 171 code, changed the fuel pressure regulator and that fixed it...
