On my '04 Crew Superduty w/snow plow prep pkg (not using and will probably never be using a plow - how it was equiped on lot) and 2" blocks in rear to level can I run 295/75/16's on stock 16x7 rims? Vehicle has 5.4L, 3.73 rear and FX4 package.
Nitto Terra Grappler and General Grabber AT2's are available in this size. A Bit worried about 305/70's on the 7" rim and since the are 70 series there a tad shorter than the 295/75 (which are a tad narrower). I welcome comments on these two brands as I make my decision.

my brother and i have ran the nittos on about 4 vehicles and hes ready to buy another set for his superduty. It might be hard to find someone to mount the tires to the 7" rims do to width. My brother works at discount tire and they arent allowed to do it anymore as people were popping the bead from overloading due to the tire being to wide. I think you will also need a different rim with the correct offset to run the 305's so they dont rub but we ran 285s before we lifted our trucks.

I am running a Nitto Terra Grappler 305/70R16 on an American Racing 16x8 rim
I am very happy with them and they do not rub.
I have a 2002 F-350 4x4
I wouldn't even run 285's on a stock wheel IMHO. I run 16x10;s with 305's on stock height and only rubbed on the left side, at full left lock, wich only happened pulling in and out of parking spots, or turning around, and it wasn't even to make noise, just scuff the fenderliner. LIfted it and looking for 315's next time around.
