steering column
anyone have a column from a '65-'66 floor shift. i am putting an auto in my '66 but i want a floor shift auto with nothing on the steering column. thanks. please include price and shipping to virginia beach zip 23454. thanks again

Suggest checking out the classified section of this forum. May want to also post 'part wanted' in the classified. Have seen them on ebay occasionally. If familiar with ebay, you can request item(s) and ebay will email when item comes up for auction. If unable to locate there are after market columns. Food for thought, suggest running search on 'power steering' in event consider upgrade at later date. I have same set up on my 65, standard column with T18 floor shift, and found the length of standard column a little tight for the upgrade, had to make slight modification at firewall. Just suggestion from an old timer who drove truck with manual steering for 30 plus years, oh ya, what a difference.
