quick question about lowering frontend
have any of you guys ever heard of anyone putting a 98 ranger front clip in a 67-79 f 100? widened of course? i am trying to get my 68 on the ground. thanks guuys. tgowers

I assume you mean the front suspension and not the front clip by way of hood/fenders/grille. They sell lowering springs for the front, but maybe you know that. But compound the springs with moving the coil supports up higher on the frame, re-drilling the holes(cut off rivets) weld a block on top of the frame to hold the weight of the top springs, readjust your steering and maybe you'll have what you want. Not a guarantee though.
