Question about cab clearance lights.
Has anybody here installed aftermarket clearance lights on their Super Duty? I wish I would have ordered them from the factory when I ordered my truck but at the time I didn't like them. Now after seeing other Super Duties with them I want them on mine. If anyone has, how did you mark the locations to ensure they were all spaced equally. It would be nice if someone sold a kit that included a template. I want clear or smoked lenses with amber LEDs. How much of a pain is it to lower the headliner to do the wiring and does anyone know where to get LED clearance lights? I tried ebay and found a set but they have amber lenses.

I've been following this and the other threads on the Cab Lights and will install these on my 05 F250 KR once I get back from Afghanistan. I now regret not having got them when I purchased my truck. However I would like to order the components online before I get back but cannot find the part numbers for the harness and the lights. Does anyone have that handy? Thanks!

Part #s vary on the harness depending on what you have or don`t have mounted on the ceiling as far as overhaed consoles and so on

I got the lights and the harness from my local dealer:
markers = FMC F81Z15442AA $14.01 x 5
harness = FMC 1C3Z15A404AA $42.37
the smoked lense covers and new amber bulbs are from reconaccessories.com
for about $40.00. I paid through the nose, but it was worth it. Good luck!

Thanks guys for the information. I have the sunroof in my 2005 KR and it does have the short overhead console. The prices with the ford parts dealer who is one of our sponsors on this site are really great. I just need to make sure this harness will work with my setup before I order it.
