Dtc P0446

I ahd the codes pulled on my 97 Explorer Sport 4.0 the other day and code P0446 (EVAP system Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor fault). What could be some causes of this code?

Could there be a vacuum leak in the gas cap causing this code to pop up?
