Need help with trouble codes

They did it! Problem solved... the guys put back in my original O2 sensor and the problem seems to have gone away! I've driven about 70 miles since and there's no light. When I was having trouble, I could only get about 5 miles without the light coming on. I hope it stays out now.
Seems the bad extension was the root cause of all my problems. I could just be imagining it but, the truck seems to be running even better now and seems to just want to GO!
