BW 1345 transfercase

BW 1345 transfercase
I have a manual shift BW transfercase that I think is a 1345. Its out of a 87-91 F250
the # cast into the front is 13-45-055-901.
Is this transfercase simular to a BW1356? will it use the same chain and rebuild parts?

Depends
The 1345 has an aluminum case but weaker and narrower chain, the 1356 has Magnesium case and wider chain, as for load the 1356 has higher load rating. 4408 has Alum. case and wider chain and is much stronger than either.
