Brake Howl
Not sure how else to explain the sound other then a howl, or maybe sounds like a train. I have an ’02 F-350 PSD CC. My rotors were warped and the brakes were making lots of this howling noise. So in October I replaced the front rotors and pads (powerslot rotors, hawk pads). Immediately after replacing the parts the howl came back, and then went away. The howl is back again, the rotors are not warped and the pads aren’t warn. What I have noticed is when the noise starts I can either vary the brake pressure or move the wheel a little and the sounds will stop.
Any suggestions?
