Y block rebuild book
Does anyone happen to know where I could get me hands on The James Eikman Y Block rebuild book.. As far as I can tell this is the only book like this ever written and I can't seem to buy it anywhere because it is out of print...

Y block book
Apparently, Dennis Carpenter Reproductions is selling them ,for about$20.00. I have this book and I would defenitely reccommend owning it. It has saved me a lot of grief when assembling the engine. There are , however, a few errors in the book that have never been corrected. The major one is the incorrect positioning of the timing chain on the gears. Between this book and the "y-block assembly errors" on John Mummerts y-block ford site, you will have all the bases covered. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, I just checked out Dennis Carpenter site and the book was in his online catalog for 18 dollars, I ordered it but so far have no conformation if it is in stock..... Thanks again, big help....
