Trouble with Super Chip.

Trouble with Super Chip.
I have a SC for my 04 F-350 PSD. I have had error codes twice in the last year on it and have to send it back to SC to get them fixed. Has anyone else here had any problems with their SC? Do you think it is just a lemon?

Okay, since you didn't say what the error codes are, I'm having to give a very generalized answer.
Some error codes are normal, they are associated with higher than stock boost, and an altered vehicle ROM. Other codes are associated with under-voltage when programming, due to the vent fan, radio, overhead light, etc. being on while tuning. Another condition is if the dealer has updated the computer and the SCMT doesn't recognized the new calibration.
