Some times when I walk pass my tail pipe I hear a whisling sound. I don't know what is causing it or if it is good or bad.
Can someone help me out here..

Does it happen mostly just after you've started the truck, especially when it's cold out? It could be your EBPV (Exhaust Backpressure Valve) closing. It's normal for the EBPV to close when the truck is cold, as it helps the truck to warm up. A straight pipe will magnify the whistling sound tremendously. It should dissapear once the truck is warmed up. Of course, you're always going to have some turbo whistle coming through that straight pipe. It all sounds pretty normal to me. I dont' think you have anything to worry about.
