just pull the cluster out and remove the bulb from the back in its socket and put it back together.. remove the screws that hold the cluster in.. its really easy.. the hard part is pulling all the trim off. You have to remove the headlight switch ****.. has a spring clip on it and remove the nut around the light switch **** and a few other screws.. after that easy.

Ok, I'm going to throw out a few things for you to ponder. First, I had an ABS light problem on my '89. I know it's an earlier model than most of you are talking about, but it was EEC-IV, so there are probably a lot of similarities between my old '89 and your '95's. After replacing both VSS's guessing, I finally found out that strangely enough the low brake fluid sensor on the Master Cylinder would set off the ABS light instead of the Brake light. Why Ford did that, I don't know.

Anyway, I found that the low fluid sensor wiring harness was corroded. I replaced the female spades with new ones, and the ABS light went away!

Secondly, on my '89, the ABS codes weren't fed through the EEC-IV, but through the ABS controller under the dash. If you do a search, you'll find how to pull the ABS codes.

Hope that helps a little!
