2001 F150 ?

Hey guys, I usually in the Explorer forum. My question is my buddy is looking at an 01 F150 XLT 4 Door V8 with 67,000 for $9,500. Is this a good deal? He has all maint. records and looks and sounds good. No problems. Should i tell him to go for it or not? Any major problems with this vehicle to look out for? Thanks for any response.

Kelly Bule Book shows a retail price of $12,365. Maybe more if it has power windows etc, and the 5.4 motor would help the value a lot.
