Aero on e-bay

A '95 4x4 with 120k miles sold yesterday on e-bay for $4,050! e-bay # is 4604072213. If I thought I could get that for mine, I'd sell it tomorrow!

Expensive Aeros

It gets worse! On there now is a '97 3.0, starting bid is $6995.
Looking at all of the Aeros on ebay, prices appear to be all over the place, it doesn't seem to make much sense.
As usual , not much on there west of the Mississippi.

Supply and demand I guess. For the best combo of towing capacity and mileage you can't beat an Aero. I pull a 26' sailboat, I wouldn't have a FWD van.
Now these guys at JTR get after it. Astros with 350 V8s!

I have an 89 for $10K :-) - Yeah, I mean, there are other choices, but for a full sized minivan, the Aero is tough to beat... Ford tough!

FYI, that Aero was the 4.0, and they offered a warranty and free shipping within the area, but I think 4K is a bit steep, so I agree with you :-)

Well prices will probably keep going up. I see on the news tonight that both Ford & GM are considering getting out of the minivan business.

a warranty on a used car from a used car dealer is like buying and using a previously worn and discarded condom-dangerous and not much real value or protection

4k for a 95 4x4 aero who ever paid that is nut's and knows nothing about motors, granted it is the best 4x4 mini van out there but it also has a whole truck load of problems when it is a few years old and if your not familia with aeros and there quirks then it is going to cost you a lot of time and money at the repair shop. The best thing about aeros is the huge carrying space and the small car like driving characteristics of it, well thats why I like it anyway.
