Do not burn it in ISO format. Why did you do that? An iso is a disk image. You want to burn it using the data CD format. Simply drop each folder of .mp3 files onto the project and then burn it. I do not think the speed matters, though I never burn faster than 16x.
It's looking more and more like my head unit. The last two MP3 disks I burnt play fine in my buddies MP3 deck. I have burnt the disks slow using Roxio & Nero, they simply will not play in my deck. I'll update this post after the truck visits the dealer.
Took my truck into the dealer today to get my plates installed and had them take care of a couple rattles and take a look at my deck. Turns out, my 6 disk changer was not MP3 capable. The dealer did replace my 6 disk changer with one that was MP3 capable. Also, the new unit does have a MP3 lable under the CD loading slot.
