Sounds like we have a group ready to get this off the ground. Unfortunately, I'm not available on the 26th. I already commited to a regional slot car racing event that day and it'll have me tied up until at least 7:00 that night.
However, if that's the date that works with most people, then I can always email my information over to someone to bring with them. And as I said before, I'd be interested in helping out in any way I can...just let me know.

what about the sunday after arts slot car race? if we could postpone it one week and make sure that everyone could show up it would be worth it. any restuarant would be fine if they would accomodate a pack of fords in the parking lot!

I'll be in California at the start of March. It's not a big thing that I miss the meeting since I think that Art's participation is more important. He had a more active role in the attempts to get this Chapter started again than I did, so we should work around his schedule.

The first Sunday in March would work best for me. A have a quick question for everyone...does anyone know of a screen printer who we could work with the produce some shirts, hats, etc.? I have a few hand sketches I had put together for a design for the back of the shirts, and I was working on the chapter logo for the front before I had to push it to the back burner.
If you know of a place, please check the prices for shirts with anywhere from 1-6 colors, and if they offer a discount based on quantity ordered. Also, maybe we can work a deal with them (membership, chapter sponsorship) in return for a bigger discount. I can work with them on that, unless it's someone you may know personally.

i know somepeople that do the screen printing and embroidery business full time. if you would like i can talk to them tomorrow night and get some price quotes for shirts, hats, etc.

I have a great feeling about getting a NC FTE club running. i have been thinking about getting one up and running and since there is more support it sounds even better.
