try silicon spray lube for winter use on slide, hinges and door seals....keeps the door seals from freezing down....when it's cold hr -2d C, water thawing and refreezing each day in seals can be a pain in the ----, but silicon spray on seals prevents freeze down.
also use in locks, displaces water, made by 3M and other companies here.

not heavy enough lube for year around use, i use light lithium grease in spray can

One more problem! Fast idle! Thrust pedal does not return in upper position (and I have no opportunity to lubricate the controll cabel, its *****! cold!!!). I want to add a temtporary spring.

Oil pressure sensor dies when the engine is cold. Fortunatly I have additional gauge

TPS died too. It was ice inside. I've just get TPS of volga, but it fits aero, if I make to additional holes in it, but it was so cold!!! and I've just used an ol good method... Looks terrible!
I belive it will not be lost till next warm day....

Well!!! lets wait for a good warm day....

great pics pablo It's amazing what you can do with a bit of electric tape and some wire, by the way it looks a little like my van under the hood. It must be terrable trying to get parts over there, if I can help I would be willing to mail small parts to you or even big parts if you helped with the shipping cost's. You can email me at u996sps@yahoo.com

This is a temporary fixing! I can not work on it if -33dgr C outdors!
By the way! I tried to lubricate the thrust controll cabel, but the pedal did not return in its upper position (fast idle). I had to add a temporary spring. Now when I press throutle, it seems to me, that I've lost horspower. Litlle more forse and she runs!
Who knows, what is the minimal and maximal temperature for aero use ?
I had problems with overheating, when it was over 40 C (100dgr F), but after tranny swap this probleme disapeared. And now its difficult to overheat her.
