Question Rear End Pinion Angle Problems?

On my 94 F-150 I think I have a pinion angle problem. My rear axle flange has broken 3 times since I got the truck in October. I was looking over several of the flanges and they look like they are hitting each other and breaking. I was thinking maybe my pinion angle is off? It is at stock ride height. What is the proper pinion angle on my truck? I have a 1994 F-140, 117" wheelbase, 4X4 with a M5OD.

Thanks.

The proper pinion angle for your truck is for it to be paralell with the tailshaft of the transfercase. If you have a lift you might want to look in to getting a CV driveshaft made for the truck because the top joint will have a lot more travel and you could run the pinion angle paralell with the driveshaft to eliminate your binding problems
