emissions trouble

My girlfriends 2000 Hyundai Accent recently failed emissions testing and the reason was that the computer was showing a trouble code.
The code was (P1128: Mfg. Defined Fuel and Air Metering Code,)
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be.

I'd take it back and make it their problem, that car -should- have the ten year warranty on the powertrain, and has a federally mandated 8 year/80,000 miles emmisions warranty.
