front brake backing plate,anchor pin
The anchor pin on the front brake backing plate on my 65 f100 is broken. Looks like I must replace the whole backing plate? If so what other years will fit? I can't seem to find a new one, will start with scrap yards when I know what other models will work.

The junkyard should be able to come up with the years and models that interchange. My guess would be F100 only and '65 and '66, I think the '67 up use larger front brakes. I do not know if the '61 to '64 have the same front brakes as your '65, they might.

Just hang in here.
I bet someone who has performed the disc brake swap has a set lying around they wil send you.

Or you can just start your own disc brake swap.

you pay the shipping and theres a pretty good chance ive got the part leftover from a disc swap.

RJ, 65-72 should be the same, not sure about the exact part.

Is this the piece the spring hooks on? Need a pic. Got a location on 1 with the front axles on it in Dallas.

Got the backing plate from a local junk yard, Had to get the whole right side assembly, just added to my spare parts. Thanks for the help
