I would be very grateful if someone could email me with Don's/97f150's word doc that provides the instructions for replacing the dreaded heater core on a 98. Unfortunately, I haven't been successful in getting in contact with him directly.

I'll let you know if I do get a copy. Worst case scenario, I will get the factory manual CD from the dealer tommorow and forward you info from there. I already have my dash 1/2 way disassembled, just having problems getting the steering column dropped (any insight anyone? I removed the 13mm bolt in the ujoint between the upper and lower shafts, but that still wont allow the column to drop!! ) and the drivers side dash to release. So much for a day three day holiday weekend!!
I didn't drop the column on mine, just worked the dash pieces around until I got them over/off the column. Seems like one of them was a good bit harder than the rest.
Yeah Don Kelly just sent me a copy Of the do's n dont's and the instructions in two different formats. If anyone needs them email me
