Hello all,
My best friend had a car pull out infront of him. He loves his 1995 Aerostar because it belonged to his mother before she died of cancer. We are going to have to replace the passenger front fender, passenger door, passenger turn signal, passenger light surround, and hood. From a previous accident he has the wrong year headlight in the driverside. I have decided to take advantage of this situation to finally have his front end correct.
Here is my basic question: What are the different headlights and grills that will fit the 1995 without any modification. I will need to know the year range for each option. I believe I have seen some with clear turn signals, OEM. That would be nice to go for.
Thanks in Advance!

BTW = I am currently in the hunt for a 2003 F-150 SuperCrew. I will be on here more often soon.
For headlight's, turn signals, and grill any Aero from '92-'97 will work. As for body panels, any Aero will work. They did not do much re-designs during the run accept for the dash, airbag, and swithcing over from sealed beam to plastic POS.
The headlights from the '91 and older vans can be adapted as well, but it requires a little more work. I posted a detailed account of how to do it a month or so ago...
Thanks for the responses! I did some looking around and the 1995 W/O sport package grill, headlights, and turn signals are what I believe I am looking for. Mainly for the mostly clear turn signals.
So far we are already above $1,400 with just the hood, fender, door, corner lamp, bumper cover, light surround, and hub cap.
That's all worth about $175 at the local u-pull-it junkyard...
Yes I know, but the other persons insurance has to pick up the check. Also I don't have the time in my shop to prep used panels. Just repairing the lower body damage is going to take some time. Here is a pic.
i would have it checked by a top front end shop....front wheel has been hit...damage may not be apparent to the eye...aero's have that front sub frame
insurance company will only pay once...
As I can see left headlight is from '86-'93 aero, right is 'modern', but I don't know why, but I like old headlight more.
Do not forget to do anty-rust work after reparing the lower body damage.
He had previously been backed into. We junkyarded it and could only find the wrong year driver headlight. It works, but now it is time to fix the whole thing properly. I work at www.fullefx-online.com. I believe we have the skills needed for such a basic repair.

The front end is most likely fine. The other car punctured the tire. That is the only reason for the spare on there. My friend is driving it with the spare now. I will ride along this evening to check for any vibration or pulling. Considering that only one bumper bracket was broken I don't believe the impact was severe enough, but I will swing it by a frame shop to have it inspected. Thanks!
Also since we will be doing this in my shop I am not worried about the insurance company. We have them write multiple checks when ever we do something like this. Once you get into the vehicle it is not uncommon to find more damage.
