Based on production numbers, I don't think we'd see much activity in such groups, especially since the number of seats is the only difference. Sorry. :-(

I'd like to see an email address and/or member profile be a requirement. I'm not saying that there has been any abuse of the "anonimity", but I feel it would be nice to see who is posting what. I also think the member post count may have a chilling effect.

Email addresses are required. They just aren't viewable by the general public. If they were, then spam robots which scour the web would pick up the addresses and you'd just end up with more junk email. :-(
ken, i would think that a transmission and transfer case section might get a bit of use.
i see a lot of posts for problems and questions about these. of course it may be better to leave these topics in year specific conferences. what do you think?
Hi Ken, I know you are really swamped at the moment, but here's an idea maybe for the future. Maybe sometime after you're caught up or something. How about a glossary page with description for the terms and nicknames of various Ford truck related stuff? For example: FE; FT; Locker; High boy; L-Head; etc. These questions do get asked from time to time because the threads that have the answers to them are hard to find because they are either buried, or do not mention it in the heading. It was just a thought.

I am pretty new here but have been reading for a while....I must confess that it took me a bit of searching to find the "register" link.
Once I found it I felt pretty dense, but it didn't jump out at me either. GREAT SITE!!
Maybe the best on the web. Nothing has held my interest this much in the three years on the web.
Thanks!!!!!

We try to make the content good and I'm personally glad you enjoy the site. The message boards are going to be upgraded in about a week with a new version that adds tons of new features and is also easier to use (including registering being easier).
Now if we can only get the server moved to a new facility quickly so the occasional speed problems on the MAE line can be avoided. Hopefully I'll have an announcement about that this week.
