Thanks for asking Ken!
Maby a "TOOL TIP" of the week or month ! things `home made` to help the project along..
OK, how about a section for `Winterizing` your car or truck.. I know its summer time BUT later it may help others get a jump on the trouble spots we all run into and have helped on in the `seasonal` topics
OR a `Best Buy` for parts that some one has found!
Maby there is just too many catagories CONSOLIDATE some of them!!
Actually, I combined some of the redundant forums today (such as "User Feedback" and "Web Store"). I'm going to wait a week or so to figure out what other boards (if any) need to be combined.
You are absolutely correct! Who am I to talk? LOL Unfortunately I don't have any friends with a scanner, and I don't have one myself. If I did have one, my truck would be in your email so fast it would make your head spin! hehehe I'm just an 80-86 fanatic...

Ken, Is it possible to have `New Items` refresh into the page as we are viewing?
If Iam asking this correctly.. as I have the page up in a catagory I have to `get out` to have the new questions viewable. I am using IE 5.01
OR is there an automatic refresh setting iam not aware of...

There is no way to refresh a page as it updates while you are viewing it without manual intervention (this is a function of web browsers, not our software). The best I can do is put settings in the pages telling the browser not to cache them but you really don't want that because it will cause all the pages to constantly reload, regardless of whether there is new content. This would really slow down use of the web site.
I'm working on an engine ID guide. I'm desperately seaching for anyone that has an archive of the now defunct V8 workshop. That would be a very good start.
Ken: Sometimes things are posted in the wrong place. For example, there is a recent towing thread under 80-96 trucks. It would be nice if such posts were moved to the proper forum, but I realize that may cause more confusion than just leaving them where they are. Also, some might post that way because the 80-96 forum has a lot more people scanning it than the towing forum and thus you might get better responses.

Hey Ken, I've got the engine horsepower specs and the Cleveland family information printed up. I don't have a scanner, but I would be happy to send you some photocopies. E-mail me at etobolski@netscape.net

Include a return address and a t-shirt size. When I publish the info, I'll send a free FTE shirt when I publish it. Just make sure its accurate! May take a few weeks to publish it as I've still got a back-log.
