I may not have the attributes of a regular, but trust me, I've been snooping around her for quite some time. Pretty much every day for the last 18 month, excluding vacations & some holidays.
I just dropped in to get an Oil Change and have my Tires Rotated. I'm still waiting(taps foot)
Actually I have picked up a lot of knowledge from people here. There are ones that baffle me with their posts, others that make things Crystal clear, then others that when they post, when I walk away I hear things pop and fizzle in my head. Reading some things, makes me glad I bought Stock in the Foam Brick company. This way I get a free supply of Foam Bricks to throw at my computer.
Over all, great bunch of Guys and Gals post here. I like the clean forums, and the respect each one gives to others. Rare in most forums now days. I am a Admin in my own Gaming Forums, so I know how hard it is to keep things rolling in the right direction.
As for being a Regular, I check them every day, post little, to be any more regular, at my age, I would have to add Fiber to my Diet.
...between here and the mark8.org board, I'm on most of the day while I'm not actually working. But as I have to cover MD, VA, DC, I am on the road a bit. Dang it was nice when hotels started free internet service!!
I was snooping around for several weeks before I signed on to basicly ask a tech question, I think, and found the intelligence rating here very high in comparison to some other sites I was on. There is very little rudeness here. I've been on forums that were ruined by people who may have had brains in their heads but I highly doubt it. I have a funny but true story about one forum that I will have to relate to you one of these days. You'll laugh.
I'm here several times each day. Don't always post but always read. It is a good place. Infomative, helpful and truley addictive.
Berkad, I love your signature "Begin, the rest is easy." That is so true with everything in life. Decide to do something then do it. Many people spend their whole life worrying so much about how to do something that they never get moving. My poor Dad is an example. You got to hit the ball before you can run.
TigerDan, hows that lathe doing, get it running?
See, another reply by me so that means I got my daily fix. I would rather talk and maybe argue with a FTE member than deal with the people work. The FTE
is a second family.
.....=o&o>.....
With 5 college classes every day and a full time job its difficult to find time... I try to stop in on my forums and check that they are behaving... Hard to believe its been 3 years already... seen a lot of users come and go, many I miss and others, well...
after fixing cars and trucks for 42 years in dealerships and becomeing disabled. FTE has become a second home and a way to pass time. it's always fun untill some troll rolls in, then the super fun starts as we all fry them down to size and send them packing, "my hemi is better then your v10" "my cummins or dmax is better then your psd" by ! we all know ken has given us a second family here that helps each other out and repair a problem thay may have been very costly without a fellow FTE 'ERs help.
THANKS guys for being my second familys

I'm here several times a day, since I've joined, except for vacations and some weekends. So I think I'm a regular. I'm not as knowledgable as most of you guys here, so I mostly read. I've learned quite a lot from FTE, and I hope to learn much more. Thanks a bunch everyone!
