When do you replace calipers?

My 98 has 144K. The only thing I have done is replace the shoes and turn the rotors. Is it a good time to replace the calipers and brake hoses on the next brake job? Your thoughts.....thanks

I don't routinely change the calipers unless there is a problem, kinda like the master cylinder. As far as the flexible brake lines, an inspection to make sure the rubber outer covering is intact is all I do.

No need to replace them unless there is a problem. As long as they collapse easily they should be fine.
