I found a good deal on a f 250 crew, short bed, v -10. I was planning on a long bed. But I really like this truck.

Can you get a metal flip out bed extension for an f 250, similar to the f 150 crew cab or the nissan titan?

I want to haul my atv, buts its about 5 inches too long for the 6.75" bed.

 

Looks like Westin makes one that sells for about $300 (with mounting hardware).

You can just leave the tailgate down and be OK unless you want the added comfort of something around the back of the quad. I'm guessing you have an Outlander Max?? My regular Outlander fits just fine.

 

Check on Cabela's web site. I found a bed extender for @150 a couple of years ago. Don't know what the price is now.
