rebuilding a 2000 v-10 automatic, anyone now some good referance books that show wireing and rebuilding information... good wireing diagrams are a must
sorry but that harness will not work as there are way to many other circuits that need to be addressed that are in the factory harness.
what happened to the truck that it needs to be rewired? fire ?flood?
I would go to aldata.com or helminc.com and get your self a factory wiring diagrams.
you must be putting in a new frame and what not.wow lot of work
best of luck.
Some wiring harnesses can be gotten directly form ford.

Why not go to a junkyard and get the STOCK wiring harness? Or Ford, for a new original harness?
Sounds like a labor of love, but if everything behind "the door" is missing, wouldn't it be prudent to get another used complete truck and work from there?
yea the motor is yanked, but the wireing got yanked and tanked to some location i do not know, and ford wants 900+ for it, found another company that makes a harness with a chip and can change to a tko 3550 600rr if i wanted =p
and yes i plan to start over, got an old 78 ford 4x4 ext cab maby
and rebuild because ive looked at doing other stuff while i got a pile of parts laying around.. the $75 book i bought is really good, with cost of connectors and wires im seeing whats the cheapist =p
and for anyone who cares i bought some ebay headers for 170 since someone else said they worked and they do look good, line up fine once you move dipstick. as far as how well they work dunno yet =/
