I am looking for a few dana part numbers for my 01 F250 i need part numbers on the upper and lower ball joints and the axle shaft u-joints so i was wondering if anybody here had them or knew of a website that i could look them up.
I thought that I heard about layoffs or something dealing with the VA Dana plant. (maybe not). I almost went to work for Timken in Altavista that makes the wheel bearing for the Super Duties. They had one in the display when I interviewed with them. I asked about discounts but they said that they make the bearing part and not the whole assembly. Didnt get the job anyways but boy was my eyes checking out that bearing unit. I applied with Dana in the Greensboro NC area but they had well over 1000 applicants at that time.

Here is what I found on Dana's website. Was not easy to find...that website should be re-configured . Hope this helps...
I was looking at the blown-up view of the Dana 60 front axle on page 81. It recognizes "socket upper" part listed #86...part #47184 and socket lower #88...part #47185. Was not able to locate the axle shaft assembly u-joint, but it might be in the .pdf document.
hey biz4two i tried the website and it doesn't want to work for me any ideas why it tells me loading and then done but nothing comes up i ran into this site yesterday and could not get it to come up any help would be appreciated thanks
yeah thanks biz4two it finnally came up just took about 5 min to load up and i got all the part numbers i needed big price difference than what parts stores want also. I can get the upper and lower ball joints in a kit with the camber bushing, nuts and cotter pin for $25 per side and front bearing packs with rotors for $200 i think i might stock up on some parts.
