Headlight switch
Thanks for all the advise on brakes. I now have new wheel cylinders, shoes and a master cylinder on my 69 F100. A bit of advice for all novice mechanics out there(like me)...It's a lot easier to get the rear hubs off if you'll release the parking brake. I recently purchased a new headlight switch. I twisted and pulled the **** on the old one and it slid right out. I took the old switch to an auto parts store and found a newer one to match. It works fine, the problem is, I put my old shaft in the new switch to test it and I can't get out to mount it back in the dash. It's hanging on my emergency brake with a bread tie. Can anyone help?
