Relocating auto HVAC controls???

Relocating auto HVAC controls???

I need to relocate my automatic hvac controls but have a few questions. I would like to relocate inside my center console. Extending the wire harness will be easy, but I not sure about the vacume lines. If I extend the vacume lines will that effect the operation of the auto climate control. If anyone has done this and has any advice I would appreciate it greatly.
