Catalytic converter dripping--is normal?

Is it normal to have water dripping out the ends of the cat? I thought
most of any condensation or water from combustion gets blown out the
tailpipe. I see mine dripping on the pavement! None of my cars do this...

Yes, it is normal in late model vehicles. My 06 Silverado does it, and so does my 06 F350 work truck.
