90 351w mod ?
I am having an 89 model 351w rebuilt and was wondering if I bup the compression up to 9-9.5 and ad an rv cam will the 90 model computer hadle the mods. with out going maf or using a 5.0 computer?

Generally an RV-type cam is mild enough not to send the Speed Density computer into fits, but it's a good idea to check that the cam you're looking at is indeed SD compatible. I wasn't sure about the cam I bought, but I called Crane's tech line and they assured me that the cam I bought was indeed suitible for SD, and in fact was one of the few they had that was.

no headers yet original exhaust mani. all the intake is original. starting to wonder if I should just go carb it and be done with all this research on the fuel injection. I have read I could use a mustang computer then I read you cant. going over to ebay for headers intake and carb I plan on bumping the compression up in the high 9s or 10-1 I do have flow masters already. thanks for all yalls help
