no fuel on cold start??

updates... front yoke on the driveshaft let go on the thruway and took out the tranny case... $450 new driveshaft... $3200 new tranny, and payments every month priceless, ok the weather is warm now still hard to start after sitting... and the misfire has gotten worse (does not go away fully after warm up) so took out my laser thermometer and shot all the ports on the exhaust manifolds everything is within 5 deg. except #2 which is about 25 deg colder than all other cylinders gonna give it to a navastar specialist in brooklyn and see if he can find the problem they say he is really good and mainly works on is 7.3 and 444e's if it needs injectors any suggestions since my extended warrent is worthless might as well go hot rod
