I am thinking about adding a pyro/boost guage on my truck. Have a manual transmission so I don't think I need the tranny temp guage. Would like to mount them on the pillar. Any recomendations on suppliers of complete kits? Would like to make it as easy as possible.
30 or 60 boost guage?

I would look at Diesel Manor, a site sponsor. Just click on their name on the left of this web page. They sell complete kits and also sell them with the pillar painted and the gauges mounted if you'd like. They also use ProPod a-pillars which I also like / recommend. I have and recommend the Isspro gauges because they closely match the gauges in the truck, they are back lit verses side lite and are "full" sweep (270*) verses 90* sweep. A 30 psi boost gauge is all you need unless you plan on adding a lot of power, then maybe a 40. Be sure to get a pre-turbo pyro. Check out all the individual gauges. You may have to call them to get the gauges you want in a kit since they only sell 99+ kits on line. They do sell the 94-97 a-pillars so I'm sure they will accomodate you. They provide great instructions and support. Have fun shopping.
Thanks for the info stoker2. Isspro guages seems to be what I have decided on and I'll go from there. 30 psi boost guage is the real missing bit of info. Thanks again...
Isspro makes a green cover for the lights that makes them the same color as the factory dash light I think they are .89 apiece. Diesel Performance Parts carries them. They are a sponser on the left hand side <---
I have the Isspro gauges on my truck from Diesel Manor. Good people! I did get the pilar mount from Diesel Injection Service simply because they sell painted ones to match my interior. They are also good to deal with.
1969FordGuy,
Diesel Manor sells the green covers for $0.89 each.
The Isspro gauges with black background, white numbers and green bulb covers are a perfect match for the stock dash. One hint and I did it by accident, lost one of the green bulb covers at install time, I temporarily put the red cover on my EGT gauge. It really stands out makes monitoring EGT at night very easy. The "Temp" situation has become permanent.

that sounds like a good idea. i may have to try this also..seeing how none of the gauge faces or cluster and radio match anyways.
