MSD 6a questoin
gotta 1973 f100 w/ a soon to be 390. my friend is telling me to go with a msd 6a system on top of my already installed pertronix setup with the flamethrower coil. how does this 6a system work? does it work with my pertronix setup? what all is involved in using this and what kind of performance difference can i expect? is this just a different coil? thanks for any info.

yes,MSD ignition will work with pertronix parts,go to their site for wiring diagrams.MSD electronically sparks at correct time for better combustion,plus it has a built in rev limiter,you can buy your specific rpm module for your application
