I need some help identifying a motor

I have a 1977 F150 Custom, and I'm sure it's got a 351 but I'm somewhat confused as to what type of 351 it has. I am pretty sure it's not a 351w, but then again I don't really know the difference. Someone did tell me that on the block somewhere it should have a letter stamped into it, but the motor's still in my truck, and I have not yet been able to find the stamp if there even is one. Any help at all would be apprecitated.

Look at the water neck, if it's on top of the intake 351m/400.

I bet it has 8 valve cover bolts ?

If so, that is a 351M.

I also bet the 4th digit of the VIN# is an H.

Could be a 385 based only on that.
How many bolts in the valve covers?

I just checked the valve covers and it has 8 bolts in them. Also for the first time I noted a sticker on the one of the valve covers that says it's a 351m. Thx for the help.
