Blinking overdrive LIght?????
I have a F-250 6.8 L V-10 with a brand new dealer installed transmission. The overdrive light started to blink last nite while idling in the driveway, also the tranny temp gauge was reading no temp (it had been running for a while). Then this morning the check engine light came on but no blinking from the overdrive light. Before the last tranny went the overdrive light was blinking. Checked tranny fluid it was full and showed no sign of stress. I have plowed only once with the new tranny.
