Very nice pics of the Toyota Box install. We could use a couple of good pics like that in our Tech Article on the Toyota Box "Why to/How to"....nudge, nudge,....

P.S. I just remembered there some more pics of the steering box on my web page. The link is in my signature. See the page on assembly.
Just in case you don't have the info, you do have to enlarge the original hole in the frame rail for the sector shaft. It sits a little more forward and down than the original manual steering box. Just need to trim enough for clearance.

Picts look good.Need some help , hi pressure is the smaller hole in box or the one closer to the frame?Read both ways here!!!!How were youre instructions that came with the kit?Got mine from CCP and they sucked, but that is ok because the web page was no help either.Fittings that came didnt fit the hose or box they supplied. One out of three fit
I haven't hooked up the box to a pump yet. Mid Fifty shows the port next to the frame is the high pressure port. My instructions were very easy to follow. The bracket is almost self expanatory.
That is correct, the port closest to the frame and smaller in size (16mm) is the high pressure. The one towards the engine is 17mm and is the return line. I could not use any of the std hose kits because of interference between my header and the return line. I finally found a set of low profile fittings and stainless braid hoses from Gotta Show. They even made them a custom length for me.
From all the complaints I've heard, the strap metal bracket is junk. The solid barstock one like MF sells works very well.
On my pump the hose on the inside is definitley smaller 11 or 12 mm ish hose on outside is 16mm .Bracket was fine .any thoughts??? Or is my luck just continueing
On the stainless braided hose set I have from Gotta Show, both hoses fit in both ports. Just put the small diameter hose on the high pressure port on the side closest to the frame and the larger diameter hose on the other port. If you look at the pics on my web page I have them installed backwards. I just went out to the garage and swapped them around. A link to my web page is in my signature.

On the PUMP that mounts on the engine, the high pressure is the flare fitting, often a 16mm, The return fitting is typically a piece of tubing you slip the rubber hose over and fasten with a hose clamp. What pump are you using? I was talking about the steering BOX that mounts to the frame being 16 and 17 mm fittings. My box came with the Toyota hoses still attached. The return line fitting (17mm) had a piece of metal tubing sticking out of it with the rubber hose slid over it and hose clamped on the box end as well. When I talked to the people at Gotta Show, they said they were pleasantly surprised that I knew the size of the two fittings on the box, and that they were different. It seems only Toyota used that 17mm fitting. It is obvious which hose is which in my hose set, the pressure hose has a screw-in fitting on both ends, the return line has a fitting only on one end.
