Custom with air

I bought a parts truck today.
Its a plain jane Custom but its got what looks like factory air conditioning?
Its a 78 F-250
Is air in a Custom a common thing?

Thumbs up

Probably depends on where it was sold new. In Phoenix I imagine they all had AC.

for what its worth, many say that a custom is a base model truck.that may be true to a degree, but that does not mean you could not add options to them.you could buy a custom, and load it with all the options aranger xlt had,but it was most likely cheaper to by the already loaded truck, than order a custom with the same extras added to it.a custom is just what it says a custom, add only the options you want. i have a 79 custom,it has a great deal of the same options that my ranger has.-billy

heymillion( dennis),i think you posted the wrong link to what your referring to,ithink you want him to check your post in the custom/ranger post you replied to earlier.im only guessing, but if you hit the link you put up,you get the post about "steves mistery truck".not your reply to the different trim levels.correct me if im wrong or butting in where i shouldn't (just trying to help friend)-billy

I concour, mine was a Custom as well ordered with cruise, tilt, pulse wipers, sport bumper for the rear and XLT trim but no race track on bottom.
